Enterprise is a full management led outsourced IT service.  This is typically for customers who have over 50 PC’s and require a fulltime onsite presence from Unilink Systems.  We take full budgetary control of all IT resources including hardware, applications and personnel.  We combine a number of our key strategic services into a fully onsite managed solution.   Utilising our best of bread monitoring and service desk systems, we are able to ensure our onsite team operate in a fully proactive environment.  With influence in strategic direction, the Unilink team can enhance and stretch your IT budget beyond traditional in house team led departments.

We provide a mix of onsite and offsite resources to meet business requirement and budget.  Typically we provide a first line team onsite to man the helpdesk and provide face to face desk side resolutions.  We back this up with 24/7 monitoring from our central Network Operations Centre followed by escalation to 3rd line technical engineers if required.  Full asset ownership or simply asset management can all be catered for.  We provide full framework policy management covering desktop, server, remote access, security and recovery.
