IT Services - Harmony

Our IT Services range is a set of services aimed at those customers who already have some element of in house IT resource.  Services are taken on an as is basis and charged under a monthly agreement.  Services are identified by aligning the technical and strategic requirements with the harmony product offerings. The following is a list of services offered and can be sold separately or as a combined managed service portfolio.

Monitor + Alert + Fix

Access to Unilink’s monitoring, alert and fix platform.  Devices can be monitored 24/7 and a range of alerts can be set.  Automatic remote fixes can be attempted to ensure maximum uptime is maintained.

1st Line Response

Access to first line helpdesk response using remote fix solutions.  Using agent based software we are able to remotely diagnose an issue without impacting the users activities.  Escalation is then made to the in-house IT team.

2nd/3rd line escalation service

Escalation service to allow in-house frontline helpdesk staff to escalate server and problematic PC issues for analysis and fix. Can be taken in conjunction with 1st Line Response above for a complete outsourced helpdesk experience.

Strategic Direction

A higher level analysis of the business requirements to ensure IT is aligned to meet these goals.  A full strategic roadmap is created and reviewed and regular intervals.

Disaster recovery and business continuity planning and implementation

A full disaster recovery plan which identifies all possible disaster situations and clearly lays out a plan for all levels to follow.  The plan is tested and reviewed twice a year.

Green IT Audits

reviewing all power consumption of in-house IT systems with recommendations for reducing carbon footprints.

System Health Audits

A full audit of in place IT systems with recommendations on possible reconfigurations or upgrades.

Automated Backup and recovery planning and implementation

A full backup and disaster recovery solution including one time image and continuous live replication, all kept offsite for immediate access.

Software development services

A full project scope and build of bespoke applications based on business requirements.

Emergency response

Access to a support technician when you need them for emergency support

Holiday response

Access to a support technician when in house team(s) are away on vacation Quarterly reviews ensure we are up to date on in-house IT systems and processes.

Anti spam & Anti virus Protection

A capable and adaptive AntiSpam solution which filters your email through our servers before onward delivery to in-house systems.  Fully web configurable to ensure full control over your email domain.  Outlook integration available for quarantine management.

Unilink’s Antivirus Solution is charged on a monthly basis and delivered/monitored on an automated basis.
