Flexibility is the key to totality as we offer both adhoc and fully managed all inclusive agreements.
Totality simple is the entry level service which is based on an adhoc model. All services are paid for in advance and on an as need basis. Designed for 1-10 users, customers typically purchase incidents and onsite hours individually or in packs. There is a monthly charge per PC which covers monitoring and patch management. Customers are advised to purchase hours and incidents in packs of 10. There is no time limit attached to an incident which will attempt a remote fix. Sometimes this may not be possible and an onsite visit is required. Contract length would be on a rolling month by month basis with 1 month notice to terminate.
Totality managed is an IT strategy led service. Services offered are identified by carrying out an IT strategy review. Typically an all-inclusive model, customers pay a set fee per month based on the number of users, PC’s, Servers and services taken. This service is aimed at Customers with between 10 and 100 users. Contract length would be on a 12 month basis with 1 month notice to terminate.
