Totality 24*7 IT Support

Unilink Totality is a support package designed for small to medium sized businesses that require a complete outsourced IT solution. For those that have no internal IT resource already, it’s a range of flexible services which provide the customer with complete peace of mind. Unilink operate a 24*7 helpdesk and are able to provide you support at any given time.

Onsite & Remote Support

Unilink provides its Totality support services to customers via our dedicated helpdesk where our engineers can assist over the telephone and by remotely logging on to customer systems. Unilink’s offices are based in Southbank London and services customers within and around the London area which allows us to provide an excellent service to our clients, for example if there is an issue with a client’s system we can attend onsite in London within the hour if not quicker.

Fixed SLA’s

support---sla.jpgUnilink offers one Service Level Agreement for all customers as we treat all customers the same regardless of their size and spend. Unilink guarantees the following SLA’s;

  • 15 minute telephone response to all issues logged via email or web portal
  • Guaranteed 30 minute technical telephone helpdesk/ remote response
  • Resolve fault same business day via telephone/ remote login
  • Attend onsite within 1 hour if fault cannot be resolved remotely (one hour onsite response within London)
  • Answer all support queries by telephone and remote log in Monday-Friday 8am-6pm

Pro-active Monitoring and Reporting

Smart technology is used to help monitor and maintain PC’s, servers and network devices which allows Unilink to be more pro-active in how we maintain your IT systems. Monthly reports are produced for all customers as well as providing you access to our customer portal, where users can log, review or comment on new or existing support tickets.

For Totality support customers Unilink will monitor and automatically manage all client and server Windows Patch and Fix updates.

Harmony – Holiday/ IT Manager Support

Unilink offers support to organisations with existing IT staff in place. Unilink can provide coverage whilst IT staff are either away on holiday or sick and can provide specialist skills and assistance on projects if your IT staff lack knowledge on specific technology areas.
